We also work directly with nonprofits, developers and businesses to assess New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing and other non-traditional funding sources for their projects.

We support community and economic development planning efforts with fact-based visioning grounded in real estate economics, financial feasibility, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on implementation.
